Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges are accepted with the following conditions.  You have up to 14 days after receiving the items to report a return. Receipt is required and tags must be intact. Any sign of wear or damage will disqualify item(s) from being subject to return/exchange. 

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ladydorothyboutique.com.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All returns have a flat rate shipping fee of $8.00.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is received defective, damaged or wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on final markdown items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and if the refund was approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
